FAQ

A Chinese Medicine practice in Clunes, NSW. Valley of Yin is here to support you through every season of life.

Yin  |  valley  |  Valley of Yin, 陰谷 (yīn gŭ), the water within water, is the ultimate yin, our greatest state of receptivity, rest and stillness.

A wellness or massage room with a massage table covered in checkered pink and white sheets, two pillows, and a small wooden shelf with books and bottles. There is a window with colorful textured glass panels and two chairs, one with a sheepskin throw, located against cream and white paneled walls, with wooden flooring.

Acupuncture treats the body as whole, restores physical and emotional  equilibrium, and sets the stage for self-healing. In an era of touch-deprivation, and chronic stress that permeates at a conscious and unconscious level, acupuncture can deeply recalibrate the nervous system.

Hello, It’s lovely to see you

I’m Lucy,

An AHPRA registered practitioner of Chinese Medicine, with a Masters of Acupuncture from my studies at RMIT. I also have a Bachelor of Naturopathy, which compliments my practice.

I have studied classical chinese medicine, and use a combination of acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine and chinese dietary therapy, individualising your treatment plan.

I’d be honoured to support you.
